About Inner-Path LLC
Inner-Path LLC is a pioneering initiative dedicated to expanding homeopathic healthcare through collaboration with certified homeopathic providers, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers. We aim to make homeopathy accessible and affordable option for the public, ensuring accessible, innovative, and research-driven homeopathic treatments.
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and certified homeopathic doctors to join Inner-Path LLC as Partner Consultants. This role is structured around client’s case volume, offering direct compensation per completed case while integrating stakeholder profit-sharing beyond 501 cases.
Partner Consultants will:
✅ Provide quality homeopathic consultations for clients seeking alternative healthcare.
✅ Work alongside Inner-Path’s certified provider network (clinics, hospitals, wellness centers).
✅ Facilitate referrals and collaborations between homeopathic and conventional medical professionals.
✅ Participate in ongoing research, education, and workshops to advance homeopathic innovation.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Consultations & Case Management
- Conduct comprehensive homeopathic assessments, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate case records, ensuring quality homeopathic care standards.
- Process monthly case submissions to qualify for compensation.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration & Referral Network
- Work within Inner-Path’s homeopathic provider registry for cross-specialty referrals.
- Strengthen connections between homeopathic and conventional providers for integrative healthcare models.
🔹 Education, Research, & Professional Development
- Engage in continuing education programs & workshops sponsored by Inner-Path LLC.
- Contribute to homeopathic research efforts, supporting advancements in treatment protocols.
- Offer mentorship and training for developing homeopathic professionals.
Compensation & Stakeholder Profit-Sharing Model
Compensation based on the volume of cases seen and completed.
Stakeholder Profit-Sharing:
- After reaching 100 cases, Partner Consultants become eligible for ownership benefits i.e profit-sharing.
- Additional long-term investment opportunities available for high-performing contributors.
Qualifications & Requirements
🔹 Certified Homeopathic Doctor (RSHom, DHMS, BHMS or equivalent)
🔹 Minimum 1 – 3+ years of experience in homeopathic practice
🔹 Strong client case management and consultation skills
🔹 Interest in homeopathy research, education, and holistic collaborations
🔹 Ability to work independently and within Inner-Path’s provider network
