Visit Cancellation Policy

Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time may be subject to a cancellation fee, as this does not give us sufficient time to fill the slot.
No Shows: If a client does not show up for their scheduled session without notifying us, this will also be considered as a late cancellation, and the cancellation fee may apply.
